SMPP-SMS Connector for Oceana

Vendor snapin developed on Avaya Breeze to provide support for Oceana to be able to communicate any SMS vendor using HTTP or SMPP.
SMPP connection is standard and included but third-party SMS vendor API may require additional customization. Agent Initiated SMS widget for Oceana workspace enables agents to initiate an SMS interaction.
